It's like a secret spot in the middle of Altstadt. A very cool place, which seems more a hotel, than an hostel. I booked this based on other commentaries and they were accurate. Share the room with other 3 people is the best option (apart from the private room). Several bathrooms at disposal with great conditions, including one inside the room. The building is a bit like a maze, but very charming and with modern furniture in the room. The reception and breakfast area is really confortable.
