First of, we were very impressed with how professional this Hotel is. Shortage of staff is clearly not the case here. No matter if you look at the reception, the restaurant or the cleaning staff. You will always find some busy employees who are happy to help and naturally kind and friendly. The room was prefect, the beds comfortable, the cleaning staff excellent and attentive. Breakfast is a buffet for everybody. No matter if you have special needs because you’re Vegetarian or religious, the buffet has plenty of choice. We even received a lunch packet because we had to leave very early in the morning, before regular breakfast times. Even that contained plenty of snacks and sandwiches. The parking in front is huge and for free, also lightened up at night (as we had to find out in Germany in bad Hotels that’s not the case), so we were quite happy about that. In 5-10 minutes on foot you can reach the big shopping mall PC (Paunsdorf Center) or the tram station next to it with which you can reach the city center (ca. 30-40 mins until center). Access to the Autobahn is close and can be reached in around 5 minutes by car. The location is quiet and peaceful, from our neighbouring rooms we never heard any noise. Overall the best Hotel in Germany we visited so far! Can only recommend.

Super spacious apartment, very clean and tidy—especially suitable for family trips. The location is extremely convenient for transportation. Livia is very nice and explains some details about the room during check-in, which makes it easier to use everything.

I had a clean room with everything i needed. Bed, table, shower, toilet, sink, closet, a door that could be locked from the inside, a window that opened to a beautiful view. I was there for Wave Gotik Treffen. I was in my room for sleep (i didnt sleep alot), showering and changing outfits. The one thing that saved me was the hotels breakfast. That was the cornerstone of my meals. I barely ate lunch and didnt eat dinner due to going from venue to venue and not wanting to ruin my lipstick :)

I loved the staff. They made the impossible possible for my comfort: I was beginning to feel sick and they immediately provided me with a kettle even though there should have been none left.

Our host was incredibly kind and helpful despite the language barriers. The rooms were clean and tidy. The overall aesthetic of the place was also very pleasing.
