Modern, spacious rooms at an exceptional price. The staff are always very friendly and help in any way they can.
We decided spontaneously to extend our stay and they arranged everything so that we didn‘t even have to swap rooms.
We always stay at MODI when we come to Munich and can highly recommend it!

This family-run, 3-star hotel boasts a peaceful location right near Munich’s Oktoberfest site and excellent transport links to attractions including the Marienplatz square and Frauenkirche church.

Situated in a lovely area, next to the park where the Oktoberfest takes place, the Boutique Hotel offers an amazing service: the staff is amazingly friendly and ready to provide all the information/support you need or to just chat at the front desk, the breakstaf offers a lot of salty and sweet foods from eggs to sausages to croissants and also local dishes.
What amazed me is the effort the hotel takes in being ecosustainable: forget any kind of plastic there! Just a small example: the water is filtered throughout the Hotel so that you don't need to buy plastic bottles (you will find a glass jug in your room).
The Hotel was one of the cleanest I've ever seen from the lobby, to the breakfast area to the rooms.
It is situated in a lovely area where you can find bars and also very close to the Augustiner Braeu.
