Nice hotel on a quiet side street in Munich. I didn't eat the breakfast because at 16 EUR/person it was too expensive, but it looked good. They had free coffee and tea all day and an honour bar to serve yourself.

We really liked the ambience of the hotel in general.  Pretty much convenient location (less than an hour by the direct train from the Airport, half an hour to the BMW Museum, 11 minutes by tram to the city centre).  The lobby is very cosy and comfortable, divided by separate areas which you can use for working or chatting with the friends. Free tea and coffee by the entrance all the time of the day. Also, welcome croissants and bezels on the reception desk.  Our own experience... First, our room was with two joined beds, we asked the room with one big bed and lady from the reception changed it for us, so we got another room the next day.  The temperature in the room is really warm. The kitchenette is a great option inside. Ladies on the reception are very professional, especially Lena, who kindly used to assist us with our requests during our stay. She provided many tips on how to spend the time in Munich visiting most interesting places. In checkout day, we received an Xmas present from the hotel, which completed our best memories from that place.  Oh, by the way, the hotel has partners in different countries, check it out: https://www.discoverasr.com/en/our-brands. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and it was walking distance from the old town. There were also a lot of eateries around the hotel. It was a 6 min walk from the train station as well.

Everything about this hotel is fab. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fab with plenty of choice. Bed was huge and pillows were super comfy made for a great sleep. It's not in the heart of the city which was great as it was quit but the s bann tram line is just beside the hotel so it was so easy to get around also the number 16 bus stops right outside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I recently stayed at AdvaStay by King's in Munich, and I had a wonderful experience! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The service was top-notch, and the room facilities were comfortable and well-equipped. I especially want to highlight the reception staff; the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, quick to assist, and genuinely kind. Her warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic stay. I highly recommend Advacity by King for anyone visiting Munich!
