The room was extremely comfortable. Lovely beds, pillows and duvets. Towels were good quality and the room was very clean. We ended up here after our flight was cancelled due to the extreme snow. Fatimah on reception was exceptional. She was so welcoming and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast and room service dinner were very good and the service for both were also excellent. the hotel is located directly next to central train station, tram stop and bus stop and walkable to City centre. I would recommend.

Breakfast was complete. Coffee and water from restaurant was 24/7 available. I asked for a room facing the courtyard to avoid any street noise. While there was really no view, nonetheless, the room was superb, comfortable and spacious! Worth recommending if you want to stay in a peaceful area near Munich hbf.
