The room was extremely comfortable. Lovely beds, pillows and duvets. Towels were good quality and the room was very clean. We ended up here after our flight was cancelled due to the extreme snow. Fatimah on reception was exceptional. She was so welcoming and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast and room service dinner were very good and the service for both were also excellent. the hotel is located directly next to central train station, tram stop and bus stop and walkable to City centre. I would recommend.

Great location. Bus stop right in front and train station just a 5 minute walk away. Nice breakfast, spacious room. This was exactly what we were looking for to get our European vacation started. If I ever find myself back in Munich, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything! The location, the room, the facilities. The room was especially spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. I loved the unique angles of the room due to being on the top floor, and with 2 windows there was a refreshing breeze.
