I already visited this hotel several times for business trip.
The hotel is close to the train station Frankfurt Ring and also has restaurant, supermarket close by.
The hotel also offer great breakfast at 6:30 am before business visit.

My 7 year-old loved the bunk bed! It’s very hard to find a hotel with a bunk bed over a double bed, perfect if you have a young child in the room with you. We were also able to watch the fireworks from our hotel window. Travelling from the hotel to Munich city centre was very easy since the U3 stops very close to the entrance.
