Nice location, friendly stuff. Cleaning was done every three days, and we just left on the third day, so I can't say anything about this aspect, but the room was clean.

Good communication, easy to check in late in the evening. Free parking available on the street and in the yard next to the hotel. Room was clean and nice. As the room was facing the street in the lower floors, some sounds could be heard in the mornings, but during the evenings there wasn´t that much traffic. Public transport spots just a few blocks from the hotel, really easy to get to the city center.
