Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds for the price. The hotel is located 10 minutes from Nymphenburg Palace, right next to Hirschgarten, a 3-minute walk to the tram stop, from where you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes. Superb!

Very friendly host and staff. Nice location relatively close to Nymphenburg Palace, Olimpiapark, Theresienwiese, and the city centre with good options to use different types of public transport. Great small front yard with a lot of greenery where you can have breakfast/coffee. They offer an unlimited amount of free mineral water through the whole stay and in the afternoon free coffee with cake which was a very nice surprise. The room and bathroom were quite small but comfortable, the terrace was almost non-existent too. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious.
