The place is good for short stays and for people who want to experience a typical Bavarian house. The room looked very new: furnitures, beds, the bathroom (especially the shower), even the floor looked super new and barely used. Close to the place there is an amazing, friendly restaurant called Antons. The place is a few stops away from the city centre, but luckily very close to the U-Bahn. Also, the neighbourhood is very clean, friendly, safe and quiet, with several cafes and shops.

So convenient next to the S-Bahn, just a quick trip and you are in the centre. The hotel is clean and well-equipped, and has hot water. It's also very safe (female solo traveler). The staff are helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.
