The hotel was spectacular on itself, clean modern well equipped, but the best part of it is the owners. Mr Kreis and his lovely wife are amazing people, caring and polite. They helped us with everything for the whole duration that we stayed there, pointed us to restaurants, sightseeings and they showed us the perfect German hospitality. We had lengthy talks at the start of our day where we discussed how our day will unfold, which trip to take, which place to visit where to eat and so many more. The hotel kreis has a face, and it is its owners. On the plus side mr Kreis is a sports car enthusiast, we shared the same passion and he even showed me his amazing lambo which I loved ;). Thank you and looking forward to visit you again.

Welcoming staff, always helpful and with a smile especially todays (17.Jan) morning shift, didn't feel unwelcomed at all, didn't get weirdly stared at which is a very common thing as a lot of staff in this business are untrained and indirectly make people feel weird, the room warmed quick, kitchen was cool, shower was cool, breakfest was really cool.

The family-run Hotel Obermaier has been decorated in a typically Bavarian style. It is in the centre of Munich’s historic district of Trudering. Munich's Exhibition Grounds are 3 km away.

Genuinely lovely and welcoming service. Clean and quiet room. Sauna was uncomplicated and included in the price. Breakfast was rich and fresh and accommodated lactose intolerant customers too.
