The breakfast was delicious, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious enough for my wife and I. There are a few restaurants within walking distance that were very good and inexpensive.

Room was very spacious, we got an upgraded room also so we had a balcony & even larger room. The room was very tidy & clean. Bed was very comfortable. It was a 5 min drive to the local train station & from there to anywhere you wanted. Staff was really lovely, he was very helpful showing us how to get around & where we could find the best Christmas Markets. Breakfast was included in the price & was excellent. We actually wish we had stayed an extra day as there were things we could have spent more time at. We would come back if ever in Munich again.

Situated in a lovely area, next to the park where the Oktoberfest takes place, the Boutique Hotel offers an amazing service: the staff is amazingly friendly and ready to provide all the information/support you need or to just chat at the front desk, the breakstaf offers a lot of salty and sweet foods from eggs to sausages to croissants and also local dishes. What amazed me is the effort the hotel takes in being ecosustainable: forget any kind of plastic there! Just a small example: the water is filtered throughout the Hotel so that you don't need to buy plastic bottles (you will find a glass jug in your room). The Hotel was one of the cleanest I've ever seen from the lobby, to the breakfast area to the rooms. It is situated in a lovely area where you can find bars and also very close to the Augustiner Braeu.
