We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was incredibly clean and welcoming, not just to us but also to our furry companion. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home, and the fact that they extended this hospitality to our dog was truly heartwarming. The breakfast and food options were excellent—plenty of variety and great quality. The hotel’s location is a big plus: it’s very close to the central station and the U-Bahn, which made getting around the city a breeze. It’s also within a reasonable walking distance of the Christmas markets and the city center, which was perfect for our holiday visit. A special shoutout to Thanos and Leonid, who went above and beyond while serving us at the bar and restaurant. They were so friendly and attentive, even bringing food for our dog, which was a lovely touch. The cleaning staff were equally welcoming and kind to our pup, making the experience even better. Overall, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone traveling with pets or without. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is really nice, with easy and quick acces to city center, main train station and airport. Check-in and check-out are done via their website and they have digital keys, giving the liberty to conveniently do these processes depending on your arrival/departure. The room was very clean, with comfortable bed and bathroom is equiped with towels and toiletries. In the lobby there is a bar for a quick evening drink and vending machines with snacks.

We loved this apartment. Very well appointed with high quality and very comfortable furnishings. Great bathroom & heaps of storage space. Really appreciated the extra touches, like coffee pods. The location was very nice with a large shopping mall and subway/bus station nearby. I personally loved the staff's friendliness and their prompt responses to our queries. We encountered a few problems with the room condition on the first day of our stay. The staff immediately came back to our place to fix the problem, but it got worse the next day, so we had to call the staff again. Though it was Sunday and her day off, the staff came over to offer a better, upgraded alternative so we could stay in a different room. The staff was super friendly, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts and customer service.
