Everythings super clean, we had everything we needed, the amenities are super new and easy to use. We slept great, the bedsheets are super soft and comfy, the bed/sofas also. Modern, luxurious & clean inferior. The host is quick to reply & help with anything super fast. We were super pleased with our stay. Thank you!!

Kind, courteous and efficient staff who went over and above the call of duty. Arrived for a major event when the town was full of people and intending to rush to the stadium. Managed very well. Room clean and functional. Real coffee in the room.

The location was very nice with a large shopping mall and subway/bus station nearby. I personally loved the staff's friendliness and their prompt responses to our queries. We encountered a few problems with the room condition on the first day of our stay. The staff immediately came back to our place to fix the problem, but it got worse the next day, so we had to call the staff again. Though it was Sunday and her day off, the staff came over to offer a better, upgraded alternative so we could stay in a different room. The staff was super friendly, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts and customer service.
