Communication with the host was fantastic. The location was excellent for my needs being 5 minutes from Marianplatz and the underground. The fold down bed was comfortable and the accomodation which was throughfully decorated was perfect. Storage was good. It was nice to have extra towels as a solo traveller. I also was grateful for the feminine products being a woman.

This is a spacious, cozy, relaxing and bright room with excellent soundproofing, and the additional features of a bluetooth speaker by the bed and in the bathroom mirror add to the ambiance of this room. You can also enjoy a refreshing cocktail at the bar in pleasant company. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip!

The location was great, only 3 tram stops from the main station, and you can easily walk there in 15 minutes too. The staff was very helpful. In my case, due to an unforeseen cancellation, I had to move my booking with Gästehaus Ziegler to a later date, and they changed my booking swiftly and with no issues (even though I had not booked any cancellation or rescheduling options).
