The host was very professional, attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in manual was one of the best I have ever seen and was very easy and simple to follow.
Any issues that we encountered were also properly addressed by the host and a solution was provided in a timely manner.
Overall this is a very nice apartment in a beautiful building and the quality of the service is provided is at a very high level.
