We liked how the location was right in the middle between the airport and city. It was accessible by train and metro which made getting around much easier. the hosts were so nice to talk to and get to know and were so accommodating and it felt like we lived in a home for a few days.

Excellent location close to the metro and bus stop. Quiet and peaceful area with a view of the canal. The room was very clean and beds were ultra comfy! Great selection of food for breakfast with fresh fruits and juices.

The best staff anywhere! The concierges, Luke and Emma, were stellar! Luke was so personable and charming and professional. If I owned a business I would have offered him a job on the spot! Cleaning staff, really tops! Daily freshening up and a change of linen after 3 nights. Really great linens and big comfy bed. Big TV. Goof walk in shower with really nice bath products. I had another bed brought in for one night (at a fee) that was comfy also for a fold out bed. The overall decor was fun although the very dark green hallway felt claustrophobic. Loved the free cafe latte and orange infused water in the lobby. Hotels in Denmark are expensive and even though this hotel is considered budget it didn’t feel at all budget. It’s only 4 stops into the middle of Copenhagen with a metro stop right in front of the hotel. Bike rentals too! But it’s a bit hairy riding a bike because everyone rides fast, so bring your helmet.

It was a night stay with children before Tivoli. Evertthing was perfect, very comfy and close to Tivoli and center (one train stop or several Metro stops). Attention to children, playroom for them, etc. Highly recommended!
