I was extremely happy with the hotel, it is in a great location, the first impression was wow, a tall glass building, the cleanliness was top notch and the staff was friendly. The hotel also offers a fitness room which is well equipped. What positively surprised me was the bag of lavender you could take at reception and go to sleep. A little thing that means a lot.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, prior to even checking in they informed me that the room would not be ready (arrival was scheduled at 0800 hrs) however I could leave my bags with them and check in later. They help in setting my telephone number up, also advise me on how to activate the data package. Very big help and thank you. On leaving the Ibis (at 0530 hrs) the staff informed me that they could hold my bag till later in the day for me to collect (as I was about to move into an apartment). Again a very big thank you to the entire IBIS Styles staff for all the help and advice on things to do.
