Wow.First of all, the staff is absolutely amazing, they greet you with smiles and they want to help any time they can. The building is beautiful itself, maybe 3 min by foot from the metro station, quite an amazing location, calm but not too far away from the city centre. The Spa payment is a must if you decide to stay here, one time payment and you can book anytime you want. Also, THE ELEVATORS WORK JUST FINE!!! All of the reviews about the elevators are weird to me, they worked fantastically and were very quick. This might be the best hotel for its value in Copenhagen. Will definitely stay here again.
