The room was very pleasant and clean. Everything was really comfortable, the views were nice and the location is awesome - 10 min from the airport by train and about 15 min from the city center by metro. For such a low cost of the stay (low for Copenhagen standards) the quality was amazing. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The check-in and check-out process was effortless.

The staff was wonderful, way better service than any other hotel I've been to. I specifically remember the lady and the gentleman who took care of my checkin and checkout and who were very kind and helpful.
The overall coziness of the lobby and the indoor bar are a big plus. The room was big enough for me and functional. I especially liked the seating area next to the window with a nice view.

Everything about this hotel is just wonderful. The staff is really friendly and helpful. smiling faces greeting you all the time. I stayed there for 2 weeks. The breakfast is great. The menu for dinner and lunch is really good. it is an eco friendly hotel and they thought about everything that can possibly help the environment. The heated outside pool is amazing you can enjoy it even when its raining. the location of the hotel was excellent for me. A lot of parking spaces outside. you can even rent bicycles to visit the city center. the gym is good being a gym rat adding few more equipment wont hurt. It was a lovely stay.

Very cozy and comfortable (the heated floors were a godsend when my feet were frozen due to the snowstorm!). Nicely arranged and convenient. The owner is very quick to respond to messages. Easy walk to St Anne’s church, too!
