The location is perfect. The main attractions are within walking distance. There are many dining options in the immediate vicinity and in the hotel itself. The hotel is located near the train station, which provides more opportunities for traveling to other locations of interest. The room and bathroom were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Warm and fun decor, the swimming pool has delightful lighting and a decorated roof. The bedrooms are quiet and cozy. The buffet breakfast in the city tower is incredible - panoramic views, wonderful service and food. Close to the Train and central bus terminal.

Great location. Staff were very helpful as they made sure to reserve a wheelchair for my mother in law. The reception staff went over and above to make sure the wheelchair was working correctly and helped us get another when there was an issue with the first.

The hotel is nice. The room may not be very spacious, but it’s clean and well-kept. It’s located close to the train station.
If you’re coming from the airport, just follow the signs marked with “M” for Metro. After exiting, take the stairs or the elevator up, then turn left — and you’ll see the hotel right away.
If you’re arriving via Metro, once you come up and see a regular staircase (not an escalator), take the left turn — the hotel is right there.
The male staff member we met at check-in was very kind and friendly.
I’m Thai and traveling around Scandinavia — I feel people here are generally more polite and open than in Southern Europe, and he was exactly like that.
He mentioned that he travels to Thailand often, which might explain his warm hospitality. People who travel a lot tend to be more open-minded and respectful.
This staff member was truly wonderful. Highly appreciated!
