This property is top notch. The cleanliness, ambiance and luxurious setting of this property outpaces even a hotel. By far standards it is greater than a hotel. The owner Jonathan and his team are extremely amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable and joyful. Our flight was to leave at 10:55pm and Jonathan graciously allowed us a late checkout without charging us. If I could give 10,000 stars, I would. Thank you Jonathan and your team.

I stayed at Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa to celebrate my birthday and everything was absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding—every staff member was attentive and eager to help, making me feel special from the moment I arrived.
