Absolutely amazing experience. Jorge went over expectations that we have pleasent stay. Area also really cozy and local. Our luggage were lost during flight. This place made our 3 stay amazing still. Can't recommend enough. Town it self is quiet but really friendly and safe. Dogs at venue are amazing as well.

Very newly opened hotel! Despite not being fully open and there is a construction going on, you don’t notice anything during your stay. The food is delicious and the staff very friendly and welcoming.

Every morning, cheerful greetings and a heartfelt "good morning" set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable day. The entertainment options were fantastic! Whether I craved a silent disco dance party or a fun, interactive dance class, Live Aqua had something for everyone. The entertainment staff was incredibly funny and always managed to keep the energy high. Food was another highlight of my trip. The variety and quality were impressive, from the delicious buffets to the fantastic à la carte restaurants. Special shout-out to Rose at the Mexican restaurant for her amazing service, and to Mariza, my housekeeper, for always keeping my room spotless. Even the little things made a big difference. A friendly smile from Julio at breakfast offering me a steaming cup of "Punta Cana coffee" was the perfect way to start each day. Live Aqua truly has it all: a stunning location, impeccable service, delicious food, and fantastic entertainment. If you're looking for a relaxing yet fun-filled getaway, look no further! The facility is great, variety of food choices to choose from.. Sports pool, lounge pool, water splash for kids and another for adults. Quite a number of activities to keep you occupied. The daily night entertainment was a plus, . All shows were exciting, different and breathtaking . I was highly impressed.

The location was perfect with such a serene atmosphere. The food was great, and the resort looked spectacular at night. The staff at Florecita Restaurant helped us celebrate my younger daughter's birthday and one of them came wearing a costume and danced with her. We were all extremely happy.
