Sam took the initiative to arrange memorable excursions for us multiple times throughout the trip (coordinating pick-up times and locations, packing breakfasts/snacks before leaving) and upon learning of my passion for cooking, Sam generously offered to provide me with a personal cooking lesson, showcasing a level of hospitality that exceeded all expectations. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel offers a beautiful pool and access to a private beach. There is also poolside service, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with an extensive selection that included everything we could possibly wish for. We personally enjoy a French-Belgian style breakfast, and all the essentials were available, along with a wide variety of hot dishes. One small suggestion to help the hotel avoid unnecessary waste: the room service was excellent, but we had no idea about the portion sizes, which turned out to be quite generous. For example, when we ordered the “chicken sandwich,” we expected a small snack, but it ended up being a full meal. Because we didn’t realize this, we ordered far too much and unfortunately couldn’t finish it. A small photo on the menu or a quick mention of portion size over the phone could help guests make more informed choices, and prevent food from going to waste. We would definitely return or stay longer next time, but on this trip we’re planning to explore more of the country by rental car.

My recent stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff's genuine warmth and friendly smiles made me feel instantly welcome. Every morning, cheerful greetings and a heartfelt "good morning" set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable day. The entertainment options were fantastic! Whether I craved a silent disco dance party or a fun, interactive dance class, Live Aqua had something for everyone. The entertainment staff was incredibly funny and always managed to keep the energy high. Food was another highlight of my trip. The variety and quality were impressive, from the delicious buffets to the fantastic à la carte restaurants. Special shout-out to Rose at the Mexican restaurant for her amazing service, and to Mariza, my housekeeper, for always keeping my room spotless. Even the little things made a big difference. A friendly smile from Julio at breakfast offering me a steaming cup of "Punta Cana coffee" was the perfect way to start each day. Live Aqua truly has it all: a stunning location, impeccable service, delicious food, and fantastic entertainment. If you're looking for a relaxing yet fun-filled getaway, look no further! This resort offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

Intimate, yet spacious. Amazing beach, great restaurant selections and the Inclusive Hyatt app used for all services made the trip top notch. Lazy River and water park were top notch. The fish tacos at the food truck were amazing.

The location was perfect with such a serene atmosphere. The food was great, and the resort looked spectacular at night. The staff at Florecita Restaurant helped us celebrate my younger daughter's birthday and one of them came wearing a costume and danced with her. We were all extremely happy.
