Very nice accommodation. Lots of room in the common areas. Very comfortable beds. All the decor choices are respecting the history and style of the house. Sauna and the pool area were a total delight. Traditional wood Sauna. The best.

- LOCATION: about 6 km from the old town (10-15 min. drive, depends on traffic); it's a great place especially if you come to Tallinn for the first time and don't want to worry about parking space and it's price - at Manniku you have free and huge parking, suitable even for really big cars, trucks, buses or campers; really easy to get from the highway; there are also bus-stops nearby - LOCATION: surrounded by forest and nice households, quiet and safe - BREAKFAST: only 5 euro, simple, but also with a lot of options for meat-eaters, vegetarians etc., you have egg omlet, some sausages, bacon, oatmeal, jam, cheese, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, sauces, 3 kinds of bread, toaster, apples, cookies, juices, water, tea, coffee... - it's absolutely CLEAN - rooms and bathrooms - rooms in really simple style, equipped with electric kettles - there are 2 common refrigerators at the corridor if you need - the PERSONELL is so nice and helpful

We lived here during our 5 weeks trip to Estonia, from which we spent 3 weeks in this apartment. The apartment is very clean, it also well equipped so you will find everything needed. We also had washing machine has been replaced with a brand new one during our stay as one of previous guests broke it. The location is also perfect - the neighborhood with mostly private houses has 3 large supermarkets of main Estonian chains within short walking distance which are Maxima, Selver and Rimi. Jarve Keskus shopping center is just 30 min walk or few bus stops away. So we enjoyed evening walks for an hour or more, with a view of the wonderful houses and pine trees. Good transport accessibility to the city center by bus without transfers, the bus runs frequently. The owners are very nice people, easy to interact with and they respond quickly to requests. The check-in process was instant, we picked up the keys from the locker, located 2 minutes walk from the house. So you can check in 24/7 and not disturb the owners. When leaving, we left the keys in the mailbox right in the entrance.
