All meals were fantastic. Many different dishes to chose from and excellent cooking
The personel was nice, room was clean and well equiped, pool is clean and the daily evening programs were entertaining and keep the visitors "mood" high.
Chief receptionist Mr Mahmoud Mortada Soltan was very thorough in checking everything is ok.

This newly renovated hotel has exceeded our expectations. Staff and service were excellent. We stayed in other 5* hotels in Egypt and never received service like here. This one has exceeded all our expectations. We were seated and served welcome drink on our arrival and the staff took care of all our needs promptly and efficiently. Staff were really helpful and the facilities were really nice and clean. Its a bonus to get to use adjacent sister hotel facilities too. Overall highly recommended.

All things in this apartment are great！Especially the house owner，he is very very very nice，I recommend it so much. This is our first time in Egypt，and we feel very warm and welcomed and feel like home.
