The entertainment was excellent, the rooms and the facilities were spacious, there was a heated pool and inside pool, the food was superb, the staff was polite and helpful, the property was extremely clean and well organized.

We loved our stay at Grand palace! Even better than our stay in Sharm el sheikh. Hamdy met us several times a day and made sure everything was as we wanted. He even fixed our bookings at the ala carte restaurants, and made us VIP guests. The whole stay really felt as we were their VIP guest, thanks to Hamdys availability and kindness. They gave us special bracelets so everyone knew we were VIP. Whenever there was a issue, he fixed it right away. The other staff were also polite, and made us all the drinks we needed during the sunny days. The food was amazing at the ala carte, but also the buffet. We usually dont like the international buffet during our other vacations, but here they had good variety and fresh food every day. The beach was magical, and had a lot of sunbeds. No need to vake up early to take a sun bed. If you want to play tennis, there is a ground next to this hotel which is also included in the price. The training room there was not that big, but enough to run a bit and weightlifting for vacation. First time we went to a adult only- couples only hotel, and it was so relaxing. They cleaned our room every day, even made the towel with swan every day. They cleaned the pool thoroughly every day. I 110% reccommend this hotel and would love to stay here again next time. The staff at Jaz Casa Del Mar took the time to get to know us as individuals, treating you like you are the only guest in the hotel, not just another room number. Mr, Mohamed Said, for his significant help on our last day easing our check out and our airport transportation. I recently stayed at the Serry Beach Resort in Hurghada with 2 friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and modern luxury of the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained, like beach volleyball, pottering, hand reading, speed boat rides, and a fantastic spa to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing rooftop, where we enjoyed breathtaking views while relaxing with a shisha. A special shout-out to the hotel manager, Amir Nagy, who was an exceptional host and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated our experience. We also want to give a huge thank you to Mohamed Ali from the Nur Bar for making the best margaritas we’ve ever had! His drinks were incredible and definitely added to the fun of our trip. And Mohamed from the ‘Dar’ Bar always greeted us with a smile and top-notch service, making every visit a pleasure.
