The staff are very kind and friendly, The room was very clean and quiet. There is a variety of swimming pool depths for kids or adults. The Aqua park is wonderful with plenty of types of games for different ages, life guard agent every where and really they are doing their job always on the spot. Food was excellent 👌 as 5 ⭐ hotel. And the special thing was the entertaining team day at the swimming pool and night with special shows they make a really dynamic atmosphere. Really I'm satisfied and all my family 🙏. .

The resort was beautiful. The room was given to us as an upgrade and we were surprised by how huge it was and how comfy. The staff did not expect any tips they always say "I'm just doing our job" and they do it very well. Very clean. Food is excellent it is inevitable to gain weight. However, it is healthy.

It was our very first time at the Royal Makadi Sunrise Resort and the experience has simply been exceptional. It started with the reservation and the communication with the hotel has been very reactive and fluide. Our requests for the room was respected and the entire team is super efficient to make the check in super fast. The entire complex is very well managed. The team (reception, restaurant, beach, maintenance etc...) is super friendly and customer oriented. To be frank this is not the style we were used to in Egypt, and it was really impressive. Choice of restaurant (buffet or à la carte) is really great. Unique (tiny) comment -> the online booking system for the restaurant is working randomly but customer service was always ready to help. To be super "peaky", tennis courts may open a bit earlier than 8 AM. When things are easy, no need to make them complicated -> we are super happy with our stay and are clearly envisaging to come back in the near future.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were always willing to help with anything we needed, and they made us feel like we were a valued guest. They also made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay, including making the reservations for the restaurants we wanted to go. The location of the hotel was also perfect. Staff is very helpful and friendly Clean Water slides are great especially the one for the kids Food was very tasty! Lots of Syrian Chefs which made the Shawerma, pastries and Konafa irresistible and very delicious! Yehia at the Shawerma was very professional, Emad at the beach bar too! Animation was great, Adam, Kiro, Mining were fantastic Too bad the foam party was cancelled but we had so many alternatives and activities! Inflatable games were great and lots of fun!

Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️
