The hotel was so clean and the food was so delicious The services was so quick and perfect But there is just a negative behaviour happened from one of the hotel stuff but to be fair i cant say that the hotel bad because for this reason there is a lot of good points to mentioned . Stayed for 3 nights — beautiful sandy beach and easy swim access to the “city underwater” for snorkeling. Rooms are new, modern, and very comfortable. Some areas are still under work, but the workers were always respectful of guests and stopped immediately when anyone passed by. The reception staff were friendly and responsive — even though the hotel can get busy, they follow up promptly if any requests are missed. The beach team were especially cheerful and helpful. I had a minor injury on the coral reefs, and they kindly assisted with moving my wheelchair around and provided first aid, which I truly appreciated. The food was fresh, varied, and of good quality. Overall, a pleasant and caring atmosphere — highly recommend for both relaxation and snorkeling.

The breakfast was amazing, they had a huge selection to suit everyone and the hotel was absolutely stunning. It was located directly on the beach, we were upgraded to a suite on arrival and it was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed.

The communication with host Karem was very easy and we got all the informations we need from him. The facilities are fine, inside a secured resort with huge swimming poles and an Italian restaurant, cafe, bar. Unfortunately we stayed only half a day as we have to catch our flight around 02:40, next time hope to stay more.
