Kempinski is perfect. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, very nicely refurbished. The beach is pure paradise, with crystal clear water and comfy elegant sunbeds. The staff is incredible, nice polite and available, especially the beach team.

The hotel building is beautiful, the garden is very well kept, and the room was amazing. Staff is incredible, always there to help and arrange everything. We just have to sit back and relax.

Oh my goodness - what an amazing place! We were surprised by an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was fabulous and had an excellent view!! Lots of swimming pools, beach access easy, lots of loungers (although some hogging was observed). Food wonderful, service excellent. Beds massive and comfy. Awesome blackout curtains and quiet air conditioning. Lunchbox when we left was a pleasant surprise. We had such a fantastic time, and wished we could have stayed longer than we did! Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back at the Red Sea.

Good size room and and comfortable beds. Special thanks to Mahmoud bellman, Mostapha at Rocky bar, Abd Eldaym housekeeping, Osama and Ahmed lifeguard at the snorkelling spot and Ahmed lifeguard at the swimming pool near our room were extremely professional 10/10 in customer service. Aqua park at sister hotel is a bonus especially if traveling with kids and the lifeguard team maintain a professional and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe environment. Favourite place was the snorkelling spot.

A super apartment, very comfortable bed, pillows and quality linen made our stay perfect for a good sleep. A short walk to the jetty along the shore beside the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food. Everything was perfect. We really appreciated the late check out before our flight. Mahmoud was very helpful and always easy to communicate with, arranging a taxi and providing local information.
