My stay at this hotel left an excellent impression.
I would especially like to highlight the guest relation desk and Ms. Farida, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and always eager to help with a sincere smile and great dedication.
The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and offers a high level of comfort. The location is excellent, making it easy to access all key attractions. Breakfast was outstanding – rich, diverse, and of very high quality. Additionally, the à la carte lunch was a true gastronomic experience, comparable to a Michelin-star level.
All in all, this hotel fully deserves the highest recommendations.

The rooms were modern, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished. The staff went above and beyond, assisting with minor medical issues and even helping with shoe repairs. They efficiently arranged our booked trips, creating a hassle-free experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the ninth-floor terrace offered breathtaking city views.
