My stay at this hotel left an excellent impression.
I would especially like to highlight the guest relation desk and Ms. Farida, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and always eager to help with a sincere smile and great dedication.
The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and offers a high level of comfort. The location is excellent, making it easy to access all key attractions. Breakfast was outstanding – rich, diverse, and of very high quality. Additionally, the à la carte lunch was a true gastronomic experience, comparable to a Michelin-star level.
All in all, this hotel fully deserves the highest recommendations.

The decoration is very nice. Amenities are good. Location is great too but it is not exactly at the address indicated when you look it up on Google Maps (it is a little more to the side). And since it is inside a residential building, you don't really know where to go and the receptionist has to come out to pick you up. There is no breakfast included but that's fine because there is a cafe at the end of the street.

We received a warm welcome, with snacks. The place was easy to find. Inside is beautiful, clean, organized and comfortable. Great breakfast, and the receptionist, she was very nice all the time, predisposed to help us and sympathetic. The place is well-located.

We stayed at Champollion guest house for a week last year, and felt at home.
We came back this year for 2 days, and enjoyed the same warm welcome and care.
We tried the new Champollion palace, on 6th floor, very nice and cosy.
For sure we will come back again !
I have a suggestion : maybe the team could propose Egyptian breakfast style as an option?

I came before the check-in time, Abd Allah was so nice to give me an upgrade that I enjoyed very much.
The building is a historical one and so calm yet it's in downtown, so near to everything.

Abdul-Awwal was extremely helpful and accommodating for our overnight stay. He gave us an early check in and a late check out as we had a night train to catch. The suites are an amazing converted apartment and is in a prime location near the museum. It was fun to stay in such a historical building with a rich Egyptian past.
