The hotel has a pleasant, modern atmosphere and a good location for exploring Giza. The staff were always very friendly and welcoming, Nour and Haded received us with a friendly smile. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with good value for money. I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable base with an amazing view of the pyramids.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel near the Pyramids, and I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with new furniture that made our room both comfortable and stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to Hosam, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He helped us with everything, from planning our tours to arranging transportation. Not only did he make an excellent itinerary for our visit, but he also offered us a generous discount, making our entire stay even more affordable. Hosam’s attention to detail and care made a real difference in our experience, and we were very grateful for his support. The hotel also organized our airport pick-up, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The views of the pyramids from the hotel are breathtaking, and the on-site restaurant and coffee shop added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Pyramids area. The combination of excellent service, great location, and amazing value made our stay truly special.

If you want to feel comfortable, cozy and safe like your own home, choose this place, or rather choose Ms. Susan. This lady Susan is not human, she is like an angel. She is the most beautiful property owner we have ever seen. Come to see this person first, then the Pyramids! Mrs. Susan was very caring, kind and attentive to me and my family. This lady will organize the tours you want for a very reasonable price. Just trust this lady, trust her a lot! There is also a taxi driver named Muhammed. This Muhammed is a very good person and a very educated guide! Mrs. Susan knows this person very well and advises him as a driver and as a guide!
