We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and the staff went out of their way to ensure that are comfortable. My husband celebrated his birthday during our stay and the Restaurant staff baked him a cake. That was very special. The food is varied and of excellent quality. The resort is simply beautiful! The rooms are comfortable and everything that you need is there. Good water pressure and the aircon works perfect. The swimming pool is clean every day. There is a bar available and evening entertainment. We loved this hotel and would return when given the opportunity.

Nice small hotel with very welcoming staff. Its terrace is an excellent place to have a drink and appreciate sunset and gorgeous landscape. I was staying there alone on my birthday and my wife remotely set up nice surprise with the help of manager Abdul and his staff. After the dinner there was yummy cake suddenly presented and I enjoyed eating it together with my new friends. Great and very touching experience! Thank you so much!

I loved the helpful service from the welcoming hotel and restaurant managers and their staff. The beautiful view of the Giza Pyramids from my private terrace was stunning, And the food in the hotel restaurant is absolutely delicious. The waiters are professional and the chef, Tohamy, is one of the best. I enjoyed the tours that were organized for me by the hotel. I could not have seen so much of this wonderful city and culture without such knowledgeable tour guides. I am very happy that I chose to stay at the Spire West in Cairo.

My stay at Global Comfort Inn was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room smelled fresh, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. This new little hotels is a gem...no pun intended. Huge delicious breakfast served with warm smiles. All staff members are so kind.. Mu, Ahmed, Alia, Talia..sorry if I am leaving anyone out because all were above and beyond. Our biggest challenge is that being a newer property some Uber drivers struggled to find it...Guest House staff got on the phone to help drivers find their way so problem solved! Fairly priced and nicely decorated, quiet for the most part.. busy road running by the GEM but traffic noise not nearly as loud as downtown Cairo. If you want to concentrate on the stunning new museum and Giza Pyramids this is a great spot. Oh, and the nice staff encourage staying hydrated with water at no extra charge.
