From the moment I arrived, Essam and Mohammead made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Their warm personalities and genuine care for my comfort and needs truly enhanced my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable, from helpful tips on local attractions to promptly responding to any requests I had.
Furthermore, I was impressed by the hotel's maintenance service. Any issues that arose during my stay were promptly addressed and fixed with efficiency, thanks to the quick action of the dedicated maintenance team. It was evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining the hotel to the highest standards, creating a truly comfortable and hassle-free environment for guests.

Our stay was perfect, we enjoyed every part of it!
The staff was super friendly with a very good and friendly communication, they helped us with all our activities during our 4 days in Cairo, they came to picked us up at the airport, provided taxi when needed and they had very nice recommendations. The bedding was super comfortable and the bathroom clean. We also felt in love with the amazing pyramid view on our balcony or while having breakfast in the rooftop of the hotel!
If you are planning to spent few days to visit the pyramid,
I highly recommend the spire west hotel.
