The hotel is luxurious and elegant, The general atmosphere is great،the room is spacious and its decorations are beautiful and very clean, the room service is excellent , the restaurants in the hotel are varied I like the food especially the oriental restaurant, the hotel is close to Cairo Festival City Mall, and it has tennis and padel courts, everything was excellent and I especially want to thank Ms. Lina, Director of the Guest Service Department, because she always contacted me to confirm my stay and if I needed anything 🌸

I had a wonderful stay at Livingville in New Cairo. The apartment was beautifully decorated with a modern touch. It truly felt like home. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming. A lovely surprise was the chocolate gift they gave us at the end of our stay — such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth, despite the 11:30pm arrival.
The Maran was clean, modern and welcoming.
A perfect sized residence, to make you feel at home.
The room and facilities were terrific. The bed fabulous as well as the fold out sofa, do we all had a great night's sleep.
The gym and pool were great to start the day.
The staff were fabulous, and accommodated us wonderfully.

I must say it was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service , thank you Zain, Islam and even the property general manager he greeted us himself in the check out.
The location of the hotel is perfect, well equipped apartment with neutral colour furniture make you feel you live in your own home
What truly sets Vida apart is the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their genuine warmth and dedication to excellent service made me feel like a valued guest.
Overall, the apartment exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this apartments to anyone visiting Egypt especially family, Hethersett you are here for business or leisure.

I liked how unbelievably respected, helpful and gentle MR. TARIQ was.
The place was comfortable, cozy, big and clean, well furnished, the cleanliness supplements were more than i expected.
The compound contains shopping centre and restaurants, cafes so you don't have to go any further than the compound.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my stay in Cairo. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing place to unwind after exploring the city. The location was also perfect close to major attractions and easy to navigate. Overall, a great value for money and a place I would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!
