One of the best destinations we have ever visited. Highly recommended for families. The hotel has an amazing sea, rich with coral life. Pools, nice restaurants and aqua park are all around. Staff was friendly and cooperative.

Service excellence: abundance thinking, always finding ways to exceed expectations and offer more than asked. Particularly Romany at the beach bar and Hashim manager at La Gioconda. Initially thought lack of Wifi in rooms and certain areas was a drawback but it helped generate more interpersonal time and an authentic experience. Food choices were exceptional. Great snorkeling reef.

Amazing hotel! Affordable price. I stayed for two nights. The location is perfect, very near to the Farsha Cafe and all other wonderful attractions. The hotel has gym, pool and beach is just nearby. The view from the hotel to the beach was wonderful, feels like being in Capri Italy. What I loved the most was that the hotel offered us complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner and also free flow of alcohol. I am coming back!

Everything was really good! The hotel is beautiful, has a little beach but an area we you can do snorkel and swim. Very clean rooms, delicious food, fresh and varied (plenty of choices). The beer always chilled. All the staff were super nice and friendly, they helped us to celebrate a birthday without extra cost and we appreciate that we could have lunch after the check out… finally, we had a massage at the spa and is totally worth it!

The reception under the management of Mr Taher was exceptional, I was phoned the day before to ask the time of arrival and given the telephone number in case of difficulties, the bellboy, Abraheim was friendly and efficient. Of all the restaurants, I preferred the Egyptian under chef Mohamed Mustafa who provided well cooked food and made delicious food to our requirements. A lovely stay at a lovely friendly resort
