Staying at Steigenberger Alcazar was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent – staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the pools as well as the beach area created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The Best Hotel! Charmillion Club Aquapark in the best hotel we have ever stayed in! A huge thank you to the reception team – they were incredible. Special thanks to Ahmed, the reception manager and Shenouda, Walter Alyaa and Muhammad , and all the staff and waiters by the pool. All staff everytime bella us! The most important also was hot swimming-pools for our baby and for us! The animation program was fantastic, and the entire team was simply amazing. This is one of the best 5-star hotels we’ve ever experienced. The weather was perfect, the heated pools were a wonderful touch, and we couldn’t ask for more. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Great resort with plenty to do. We tried 2 a la carte restaurants. We loved the Greek one!
