Everything was perfect really; we had an amazing time. facilities, the gardens, beach, staff, food, the room, all was excellent

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! It’s a great place for a family vacation, especially with kids. The animation team was fantastic, and there were fun evening activities every night. There’s a large variety of pools, which we appreciated. Since the weather was a bit chilly, swimming in the unheated pools was not very comfortable, but the heated pools were perfect. As for the food, everything was quite satisfying. There was a good selection of meat, fish, and desserts — all tasty and fresh. The only thing we would have liked more of was a greater variety of fruits and vegetables. Overall, we would rate this hotel 9 out of 10. Highly recommended for families!

I recently stayed at Charmillion Club Resort, and overall it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A special thank-you to Kerolos at the reception—he was extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Armia was also fantastic, offering great support throughout our stay. At the Italian restaurant, Péter provided excellent service. He was attentive, professional, and really made our dining experience enjoyable. I also tried the spa, and the massage therapist did an amazing job—very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The only downside was the French restaurant, which didn’t meet our expectations. The food and service could use improvement compared to the resort’s other venues. Despite that, we had a great stay, and the staff truly made the difference. I would definitely return and recommend the resort to others!

Really good hotel for families, asspecially with small kids, sandy beach without coralriffs. For diving and snorkling you have to choose another hotel. I was surprised how warm was water in the pool, like in the main pool and also in waterland pools. Annimation team is uncreadible and make its job really great. Ahmed with a cokteils trolley in the restaurant, is the most positive and smily person in the hole hotel. I will definatly recomend Laguna Vista, as family hotel.

This place is great. I loved that rooms are so large, we are family with two kids, and we felt like home. Food is very delicious and for all kinds of taste. Also the whole hotel area was spacious and very beautiful. Aqua park zone was fun and felt safe for small kids. Sea area was good and interesting for snorkeling as for kids and adults. We recommend this hotel for sure.
