I recently stayed at Charmillion Club Resort, and overall it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A special thank-you to Kerolos at the reception—he was extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Armia was also fantastic, offering great support throughout our stay. At the Italian restaurant, Péter provided excellent service. He was attentive, professional, and really made our dining experience enjoyable. I also tried the spa, and the massage therapist did an amazing job—very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The only downside was the French restaurant, which didn’t meet our expectations. The food and service could use improvement compared to the resort’s other venues. Despite that, we had a great stay, and the staff truly made the difference. I would definitely return and recommend the resort to others!

Steigenberger Alcazar is the latest venue in Nabq around 15 minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport.

Amazing customer relations team, doing their best to make guests happy. Especially Nada was in close contact with us during our stay, messaged everyday to check up on us and ensure we are happy and satisfied with our stay. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The facility was very clean and food was good. We had our dinners in selected restaurants, all was great in service and taste. We had an amazing SPA experience and I had the best massage I have ever had in my life, thanks to Umi from SPA center. Cleaning staff in our building, Saith, was amazing, very helpful and kind. Kids had amazing time and enjoyed our stay as much. Thanks to all staff, especially Nada for this amazing experience.

I really liked the idea of benefiting from activities and restaurants in both hotels, and the staff`s courteous behavior is very helpful with anything you request. Especially the receptionist Mr. Mina, was extremely respectful and cooperative. In the main restaurant, The Palm, I would like to thank Chef Hamada Abdullah.

Cleanliness Room view ( sea view room ) Staff service The resort is luxurious and very clean. The room is arranged in a special way every day. Nice treatment from all the staff in the hotel (they love to help the guest with pleasure... I will definitely come back to the hotel again).

A spotless and wonderfully quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The food was excellent, prepared by a highly professional chef who truly knows how to please every taste.
