The hotel facilities, cleanliness, and restaurant service were overall very satisfying. The general service level was excellent, and we felt comfortable during our stay. There was a small mistake at the reception, but the hotel management followed up with very proactive customer service, which was truly impressive. Thanks to their professional after-service, my trust in the hotel has actually grown stronger. I would be happy to return on a future visit.

We stayed at another resprt before Charmillion and Charmillion was much better. The food variety was great, the buffet changes each day and there is always a lot to choose from, it's overwhelming. Outside of meal times there is always food accessibly. All inclusive also included cocktails, we found them much better quality than the undrinkable ones at the last resort. We were able to visit the water park next door and they gave us an extra late check out. We very much appreciate the front desk staff Kerolos and Arnia for all their help and kindness throughout. They made our stay so comfortable and easy. Highly reccomend over anywhere else in Sharm.

The facilities are quite new, very clean. You can use aqua park the whole territory of Laguna Vista- across the street. Sea and beach are over there as well :) there is a mini bus you can take if you don’t want to walk. In the evening the bus is extra cool- with colourf lights on and music 😃 The staff is very nice and attentive, especially the Manager, Mohammed. Real professional- in how attentive, polite and helpful he is. Food us tasty, maybe not as many options as other 4/5 * I have been to, but still nice.

The 5-star Charmillion Gardens Aquapark features a large outdoor pool surrounded by cushioned loungers and a private beach access.

Liked everything. Starting from the reception, as we were met by the manager Asem (if I spelled the name correctly), he was polite, patient, friendly. The infrastructure is normal, the food is varied, the spa is good, everything in this place is excellent, the service is professional, especially the manager Olga, she has a special high professionalism. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, quality vacation without problems and just for fun. Thank you hotel management!!
