Our stay was exceptional in everything the white house is really good, clean, directly in front of the beach and at the town centre. All stuff was friendly and helpful, especially Amira at the reception, She is the best 👌, very helpful and responsive, you can ask her about anything and she will guide you perfectly.

Even before we arrived, the hotel (Aya Ashraf) contacted us to ask if we had any special requests. They arranged inexpensive transportation from the other hotel, which was very helpful. The hotel far exceeded our expectations, with a very large, beautiful garden. They offered us soft drinks in the lobby, which was decorated with Christmas decorations. The room was fantastic, but a little close to the party venue, but after I mentioned this to Aya, they offered us another room which was very quiet. There is a water park, heated pool, and children's programs, so everything is very good. The food is very good and varied. One day, the heated pool wasn't working, but Aya arranged for us to eat, drink, and swim at another hotel under the same conditions that day.
