We liked everything but mostly we did like the relaxation pool (adults only) and the beach. Everyone was friendly and the all inclusive package covered everything we would imagine.

Exceptional Stay – A Truly Memorable Family Vacation Our stay at Pickalbatros Golf Beach Resort Sharm was exceptional in every sense. The hotel fully deserves its five stars and even more. From the very first day, we felt genuine care, attention, and a very high level of organization. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety every day. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Hot, fresh croissants every morning were a wonderful detail that made breakfasts especially enjoyable. The resort also offers many restaurants, including fish and Italian à la carte restaurants, all with excellent quality and service. The beach is beautiful, with elegant wooden stairways leading to the sea. The sea is clean, calm, and perfect for swimming. The territory of the hotel is large, green, and immaculately maintained, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. There is a heated pool, water slides, and a small aqua park, which is ideal for families with children and teenagers. We stayed in Villa 26, room 2602, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and perfectly located within the resort. It is ideal for two people or for a family of up to four. I was traveling with my 16-year-old son, and his birthday took place during our stay. The hotel staff made this day truly unforgettable by preparing a beautiful birthday surprise with a cake and warm congratulations. It was a very emotional and special moment for my son, and he was absolutely happy. This attention to detail meant a lot to us. The service and staff were exceptional — always polite, friendly, professional, and ready to help. The animation team was excellent, offering fun and engaging activities while respecting guests’ comfort. I would like to especially highlight the hotel management: here guests are treated not as clients, but as true guests. The management is actively involved, open to communication, and always willing to meet guests halfway.

In Sharm is important to pick the right hotel/resort and this is definitely an amazing choice with its 2 private beaches, amazing pools incl. jacuzzis, scuba diving center and I can't remember how many different restaurants.

Amazing resort, we enjoyed every moment. Food was great and the restaurant waiters went above and beyond. Reception staff were very friendly and cooperative, they all spoke english. Our housekeeper was amazing, room always spotless. Well done to everyone!

The hotel is very nice, spacious, big and luxurious. There is a lot of greenery, well-kept grass and even peacocks. At night it is very nicely illuminated. I recommend it to everyone. I always choose hotels from the Pickalbatros company. The service is very nice and helpful. Mr Asharf Mahmoud took care of us from the very beginning when we arrived at the hotel. He helped us every day. The room we were assigned to was big, nice, modern and clean. The gentleman cleaning the room (Abdullah Salah) left us a nice surprise every day - nicely arranged towels and flowers. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and varied, everyday there was a barbecue. I really liked the pools there- some are for children, some for adults. The main pool is very big with a nice jacuzzi.There are a lot of sunbeds to choose from. We had the opportunity to use the a'la carte restaurants - Italian, Asian and Turkish. The food was very tasty and nicely served. I recommend Asian and Turkish cuisine the most. During the day there were a lot of animations. I liked the evening shows the most, during which you could drink a tasty drink served right at your table. Big thanks to the waiter Mohamed Fathy who served us during meals and the show. Definitely we will visit again this hotel ☺️.

A fantastic resort in every aspect, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the excellent range of services. The staff is always kind, polite, and ready to provide anything you may need. The private beach is a real highlight, featuring a spectacular coral reef. The Kitchen restaurant deserves a special mention: truly fantastic, with excellent food quality and a great variety of options, including themed dinner nights. An honorable mention goes to Shenoda, the waiter, and his colleagues, who made us feel at home with their friendliness, warmth, and genuine kindness. We will definitely return.
