The hotel is really nice, well laid out and full of character. Staff is helpful. They served us a complimentary breakfast of coffee and cakes in a charming patio area. It is clean and right in the centre of the old town. We definetly recommend it.

It was clean and modern and in the heart of Avila. Coffee shops and a cathedral almost on your doorstep, what is not to like? The ambience and the view of the square are unsurpassed. Rodrigo was super-helpful, and made the self-checking in very easy with WhatsApp videos. I would definitely stay there again.
