The hotel was Amazing I cannot wait to return. the location is perfect just off La Rambla (2 mins walk) The staff could not be more helpful. The room was amazing and a bonus was that we had our own lounge so in effect it was a suite. the free refreshments and snacks were amazing. Free use of umbrellas and staff booked a taxi to return to the airport. It was faultless from registration through to leaving.

Everything about this pensión is excellent service, location, rooms, brilliant showers, right across road from main train station and ssame time very close to where I work. Access to building and rooms with no keys really helps ie not having to worry about losing keys or where to collect/drop off either.

It was an amasing experience!! Hotel is perfectly located, near by the port, city, la Rambla, everything! Rooms are perfectly clean, breakfast is tasty, rooftop is amasing!!! I really liked the hotel, the city center, 5-7 minutes by foot to all significant historical cities. Quick check-in, regardless of check-in on Saturday, checked in at 10:00 am. A nice breakfast, a varied selection, and even champagne who love in the morning. Perfect room, cool bathroom, beautiful cosmetics. The view from my room was on the wall (204), but it didn't bother me, I think if I had asked, I would have moved with a view of the street. In general, there was a feeling that it was 5 stars.

A great hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfasts. High-quality food in the hotel restaurant. The bar offers delicious signature cocktails served in exquisite glasses. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities. A welcome bottle of champagne, fruit, and delicious chocolate shaped like a ceramic tile were a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend it.
