It was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful all the time even after midnight. We get to leave our luggage after check out. Air conditioning was very good for the hot weather.

The Hotel is perfect, very modern and clean. Staff are very polite and helpful. The surrounding area is very safe and within walking distance to public transportation. Didn’t feel like a tourist in this area and felt more like a local who was able to embrace the Spanish culture which was amazing. Lots of very nice restaurants and bars.

The hotel was Amazing I cannot wait to return. the location is perfect just off La Rambla (2 mins walk) The staff could not be more helpful. The room was amazing and a bonus was that we had our own lounge so in effect it was a suite. the free refreshments and snacks were amazing. Free use of umbrellas and staff booked a taxi to return to the airport. It was faultless from registration through to leaving.

Everything about this pensión is excellent service, location, rooms, brilliant showers, right across road from main train station and ssame time very close to where I work. Access to building and rooms with no keys really helps ie not having to worry about losing keys or where to collect/drop off either.
