hotel staff very kind, amazing design, great value for money. rooms are bigger than I expected. the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is amazing and the location is perfect. the rooms are dark and quiet at all, you can have a good sleep. the bar is also great. way much more than a 2 star hotel. totally worth it.

Wonderful location with everything on your doorstep. The bedroom was lovely, bed was extremely comfortable and even though the location is in the Old town, there was no noise from the street. It was lovely to chat with other guests in the kitchen/dining room area at night and we had breakfast both mornings which was very good value. Very accessible by tram and bus and close to a beautiful food market. Highly recommended

Amazing apartment in the very old town center. Beautiful viewpoint over the city with mountains and sunrise on the horizon. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, suitable for families, friends and is very cozy. The location is perfect, close to Bilbao metro and the Casco Viejo. I would definitely recommend this apartment for staying in the Bilbao capital.

Great location and the hotel seemed brand new! What we want to point is the excellent service from the staff. We had some great conversations and love how solution oriented they all were with our requests. The room was tidy and nice, the bed was amazingly comfortable.

The location was fantastic, on the river bank in a scenic area. Walkable to the centre but many trams and buses also. Very close to the athmospheric old quarter with it's shops and great bars
