Wonderful hotel with big, very clean and well equipped rooms (tea/coffe and super bathroom products) and a lot of common spaces. We really enjoyed the stay!

Exceptionally professional and friendly service, especially Karen on check-in, whose helpfulness was the main reason we stayed the second night.
The hotel is modern and in a great location. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It is better than most 4* hotels we've stayed in.

It is as it looks on the photos, spacious, bright, very clean and most important very comfortable!
The main man on reception was one of a kind, helping and guiding throughout … the best approach, motivation and efficiency. Kudos to him, needs a promotion and a pay rise!

A quiet, clean room with even a terrace. Easy walk to everything including the stations of Renfe and Euskotren. Best of all was Ana. She gave excellent tips what to visit. I asked for Pinch tips and she had a very good list of the restaurant and their specials (that you have order because most of them are warm).
They don't serve breakfast, but you can get it next door from 8am. It is easy to make your own coffee and tea.
