A hidden gem in the center of Donostia. Located right in the central square of the city. Close to restaurants, beaches, bars, shopping etc. The room was fresh and clean. Simply decorated but tasteful and functional. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. I was amazed at the low price of this hotel. I will definitely try to get a room here the next time i visit Donostia.

The location was really easy to access everywhere, to the bus station, beach, and right next to the old town/restaurants. All Receptionist were so kind and friendly, I would like to visit again. Morning coffee / tea service was also nice.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It's just 10 minutes away from the beach and literally in front of the city's cathedral. The view from the room is surreal (in an excellent way)... Talking about cleaness, the room was perfectly tight-up. The water pressure from the shower is great, everything in general was a 10 out of 10! The staff was very nice, the breakfast food great.

So central, right in the middle of all the Pintxos bars. Staff were really friendly and it was very clean. San Sebastián accommodation is expensive so while it’s not luxurious it had everything you need. Great recommendations from the staff on where to eat.
