We were treated like VIPs. The staff upgraded our room, gave us complimentary breakfast and even provided a bed and bowls for our dog. Nothing was too much trouble. An absolutely beautiful hotel and wonderful staff, don’t hesitate to stay here if you are visiting gorgeous San Sebastián

Very good location. I have MS and drive a a mobility scooter. It was easy to drive it into the hotel and the room. I had a disabled toilet that was very comfortable to use. Our room was very big and nicely decorated with Elizabeth Taylor’s pictures. It was entertaining to see all the pictures of all the actors and actresses. I recommend this hotel. I will come back,

Very nice contemporary relaxing design paired with very friendly and attentive staff. Add on that the charming city of San Sebastian. Very good value for money.
Hotel has also Valet Parking.
